Chevys was established in Alameda, California in 1986 by Warren Simmon, Sr. and Warren "Scooter" Simmon, Jr. It is one of the largest chains in the United States of casual dining restaurants in Mexican style. It is a national brand with locations in 11 states. Chevys operates more than 200 restaurants located throughout the United States. The restaurants feature mesquite-grilled beef, chicken, and vegetarian fajitas. Clients can find a wide choice of Mexican-style dishes, like tortilla salsa, alcoholic beverages, fajitas, tortillas, guacamole, fruit-flavored margaritas, chips, enchiladas, and burritos. The dessert menu of the restaurant also features great offers, including coconut cajeta with whipped chocolate cream, a diversity of flans, Chiquita sundaes and baked brownies, etc. At Chevys customers are offered gift cards for different occasions, such as family socials, birthday parties, and private dining.
